We accept online credit card payments through our website.

We also offer 14-day payment credit after delivery to eligible commercial businesses in the US (email us for enquiries).

When paying through our website, we accept all major credit cards. We process our payments through Stripe.

If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please let us know, and we will arrange for an invoice to be sent to your email.

What is your warranty policy?

We guarantee all our products for a period of 10 years.

We will replace or reimburse all damaged, faulty, or missing parts free of charge, unless it is deemed that the product(s) fault is the result of loss, damage, or improper use of the product(s) by the customer, or the result of extreme weather. The reimbursement amount will be calculated proportionately to the amount of time still remaining under the warranty.
